The incumbant would report to VP - HR in USA with a dotted line reporting to the Managing Director at Hyderabad centre.
The candidate
A postgraduate in HR from a leading institute with a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling HR function.
Preferrably 5 years in IT.
Should have worked in leading IT companies with a proven track record and be a hands-on professional.

Trainee Position for 18 months with Johnson & Johnson
Role Description
This position will support the work of defining the detailed process design and implementation activities associated with the global baseline and regional HR Policy Harmonization Work stream, supporting a global, integrated solution with other HR processes and technology which will enable a robust, effective service delivery model.
Position Scope
The scope of the position includes HR process design components, implementation plans and transition management. The position will report to the Policy Lead and will work closely with various Process Owners and their SMEs, Process Excellence Lead, Training/ Documentation team and Technology team.
Job Responsibilities· As part of the Policy Harmonization Team, support and enable the following deliverables:
o Development of the future HR process model, analytical models and data standardso Metrics and scorecard requirements for the new process design
o Workflow built into the process design in accordance with approved organization and position management conceptso Clear definition and documentation of the requirements for the systems configuration, the system’s specifications and configuration
o Documentation of test scripts and execution of system testing
o Define transition, contingency and implementation plans for work stream· Work with the Regional Policy Lead and the Policy harmonization Core Team to document the detailed designs for each sub-process representing global and regional HR requirements ·
Ensure integration touch points associated with the process are communicated to all other stakeholders either within HR or external to HR· Partner with the Training/Documentation team to ensure access to the materials and information needed for the training design and materials and the training process and content accurately reflects the information provided.·
As a member of the team, build, document, test, and validate the technology system delivers on the business requirements, components and assumptions as agreed for the detailed process design· As a member of a team, Ensure the process design is in compliance with the global design principles, policies and governance.·
Maintain strong, effective partnership with co-workers, team leader and all other key project team members ensuring a high performance integrated team· Partner with change management and communication team members to identify and support process change risks·
As a member of a team, work to ensure HR process team issues and scope change requests are managed rigorously and communicated to the appropriate parties·
Document ongoing process risk as required· Represent the process issues as a member of the Policy team· Participate in policy collection validation
