Responsibilities of a HR Manager include but not limited to:
Compensation & Benefits Management
Performance Management including pay reviews
Corporate communication with colleagues, vendors, clients, consultants, etc
Contribute to corporate decision making
Employee relationships
Quarterly head count tracking of contract employees, trainees and permanent employees
Conducting induction/ orientation Programs to new employees
Joining formalities, terms of employment, termination, probation and confirmation etc
Redress employee grievances
Maintaining employee records
Conduct exit interviews & resignation analysis
HRM related metrics collection
Desired Profile:
Minimum of 3 yrs relevant experience & a total of 8+ yrs experience with high levels of maturity are desired
Knowledge & understanding of IT culture, Policies & Performance Management is a must
Preferable an MBA with HR as major
