The details of the job are:

Job Description: •Provide staffing support infrastructure for all Divisions and sites in India. •Ensure HR staffing policies and procedures are consistently applied across all Divisions and sites in India. •Work in collaboration with Corporate Learning University in facilitating training and learning initiatives across all Divisions and sites in India. •Provide information and reports pertaining to staffing and training to Directors/VPs as required. •Interface with Universities and Hiring Managers regarding any college or co-op recruiting and University Alliances. •Update regular HR-staffing and training metrics, e.g., hiring hit-rate, hiring cycle time, training planned Vs done etc., •Travel within India for staffing purposes.

Job Specific Requirements: •Strong functional knowledge in staffing and training •Strong oral, written, listening and administrative skills •Demonstrated ability to build effective and trusting relationships •Excellent follow-through and ability to accomplish goals effectively •Strong knowledge of PC-based tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, E-mail, Internet. •Mature and professional style and approach

Minimum Education & Work Experience: •Experience as staffing and training partner, preferrably in a technology company •5+ years of experience in Human Resources with concentration on staffing including college recruitment and training. •Ability to operate effectively in an aggressive Western business culture •A degree at the Masters level and/or containing Human Resources-specific subjects would be desired. •Position requires hands-on working approach without direct reports.
