Leading Insurance Company has following openings in HR function:

HR Operations
Level: Sr Management Position(Head / Sr Manager)
Location: Mumbai
Role: To effectively implement HR policies and programs so as to ensure an engaged and motivated workforce capable of delivering business results
Qualification/Skill Set: Premier school MBA with line HR experience(employee relations,comp & benefit, HRIS, performance mgmt etc) of at least 8-10 years.

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment:
Level: Mid Management(Manager / Asst Manager)
Location: Mumbai
Role: The incumbent will be part of the Centralized Recruitment Cell responsible for Recruitments for all the support function hiring,vendor management etc for all the region.
Qualification/Skill Set: MBA having 3-5 yrs of experience from Banks/ Insurance/Service Sector or even from recruitment consultant who handle recruitment for BSFI sector.

Salary: As per the industry standards
