SASKEN Communication Technologies Limited (Ranked 2 in the BT-MERCER-TNS Study, 2005, and Ranked 1 in the BT-MERCER-TNS Study 2004: The Best Companies to work for in India) is looking for OD/ Leadership Development Manager from the Class of 1996 to 2000, with a 6 to 10 years post qualification experience, in any sector, including manufacturing, training/ academic institutions/ consulting firms etc.
The role is that of OD/ Leadership Development Manager.
The candidate should be strong in the area of Organizational Development, and training interventions, and should have led similar development initiatives in the past. The incumbent is expected to lead the OD/ Leadership development/ Competency Development initiatives at Sasken independently. Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
