Designation : Manager/ Senior Manager HR
Reporting To: HR Head
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables: § Employee retention.§ Facilitate/ deploy Performance Management Systems (KRA setting to consequence management).§ Compensation (including performance linked incentives) management for the unit.§ Ensure timely training initiatives for building up soft-skills capability of unit work-force.§ Facilitate (through multiple initiatives) and support maintain high morale and team-work resulting in high employee satisfaction.§ Dealing with issues of employee (in)discipline and maintaining employee relations resulting in fun filled work-place amidst high performance orientation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION : Qualifications: PGDBM/ MBA(HR) (Preferably from premier B- School)Experience : 8+ years of experience. Previous experience in a Software/ITES/ Banking related industry is required.Attributes:
§ Hands on experience in at least two areas such as PMS, Compensation planning & management.§ Ability to work under pressure§ Service-first mind-set.
