Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
· 2+ years of recruiting experience with an emphasis on sourcing preferably in a professional services firm.
· Excellent customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills
· Strong English verbal and written communication skills
· A commitment to the quality/value of results, open communication, and privacy/confidentiality issues
· Knowledge of USA employment laws and practices and how to apply them
· Knowledge of Deloitte USA and functional sourcing strategies
· Demonstrated, strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s), the internet, search engines, and interview scheduling systems, etc.)
· Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required

The Sourcing Specialist executes the recommended sourcing strategy using priority sourcing channels, conducts initial phone screens, maintains candidate data in RMS and provides recruiters with highly qualified experienced candidates. The SS operates at a higher level than that of the Sourcing Specialist, has more experience, is more productive, works with candidates from staff to senior manager and occasionally will be involved in Partner/Principal/Firm Director candidate sourcing. The SS will also provide informal guidance, leadership, training, mentoring to the Sourcing Specialist on an as needed basis.

Receive and carry out directions and priorities from the Sourcing Manager, under the guidance of the function to which s/he has been assigned; will also add value with new and innovative ideas for sourcing candidates.Execute the firm's sourcing strategy priorities, as provided, to identify high-quality experienced candidates at all levels up to and including the Partner/Principal/Firm Director level and below; although the bulk of the sourcing activity will be at the Senior Manager level and below.Mine internal and external databases for qualified candidates. Contribute to the candidate pipeline database(RMS). Provide timely and innovative sourcing results and solutions to clients.Conduct initial pre screening interviews with experienced candidates and complete initial candidate evaluation forms where they are required by the function, and drive candidates to RMS. Must enter and maintain all candidate data in RMS in real time.
Maintain current leading edge knowledge of external sourcing options (e.g. internet resources, professional associations, and niche sites). Assist in training the Sourcing Specialist level.
Will provide periodic reports of sourcing team activity.
Support the firms Diversity/WIN initiatives
Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc.)
Manage the candidate sourcing process for the assigned function(s) which includes:
à Create job specifications in RMS
à Source candidates for respective industry/service lines
à Prescreen candidates
à Ensure information is accurately maintained in RMS in real time
