Key Result Areas:
Establish and customize the process and systems.
Work on HRIS
Ideate, implement and upscale in alignment with the existing framework
Work on Recognition schemes
Performance management
Oversee recruitment in connection
Coaching & developing team members
Experience:
4-6 years of relevant work experience – Should have worked in most areas of HR and have complete conceptual depth and clarity in terms of the HR processes
Have excellent communication skills – Written, Oral, and Presentation.
High degree of facilitation skills.
Qualification: MBA from a premier institute.
