Executive HR - MBA + 1 - 3 yrs
Sr. Executive HR - MBA + 2 - 5 yrs
Assistant / Dy. Manager HR - MBA + 4 - 6 yrs

KRA's: Recruitment,Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation, End-to-end HR activities like Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relations & Grievances, HR initiative, Retention, HR culture, Labour laws etc.

Desired profile : Excellent Communication Skills + Exposure in Corporate HR, Training, Employee Relation, Performance Management etc. (expereince in one of the domains is okay for a executive level)
