Overview of Role description: Apply HR Domain expertise in HR Projects. Following are the roles and responsibilities- Interfacing with Business Users on business processes and software requirements - Conduct Workshops/discussion groups to define business requirements (governance, administration, user experience, etc) and interpret the same to Software Requirements, for the projects identified.- Write Requirements Specification document capturing the business processes and review with Business Units- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into Software design- Support IT teams on any clarification during Design and Development.- Perform Software User Acceptance Tests- Rollout of applications to employees- Post implementation support of the application. - Maintain project plan and track progress.
