A leading US based IT MNC Company to recruit candidates for the position of Senior Manager Human Resources.
The candidate will have to take care of all functions related to Human Resources besides Recruitment and Training. This position reports to the Director Human Resources. We are seeking to recruit candidates with 9-10 years of experience as a generalist with substantial experience in policies, senior level recruitment. The estimated compensation for this position without variable is upwards of 18-20 lakhs.
The Candidate needs to be an MBA in Human Resources.
The position is based in Bangalore.
