Position: HR Executive (Generalist)
Job Profile:
Responsible for handling Recruitments through media, job portals, head-hunt candidates, ensure quick closure of positions
Carryout benchmarking exercises with Consultants on Compensation & Benefits Management
Must have handled end-to-end process of Performance Management Systems
Exposure to Evaluating & Identifying Soft-skill Trainers, facilitating conduct of Training, etc.
Should have sound knowledge of best practices in Quality Management Systems
Candidate Profile:
Should be a post-graduate in HR (Masters / PG Diploma)
Experience of about 5 to 8 Years in HR and handled the above functions
Work experience in large / medium sized Manufacturing / Service / Engineering organizations
Ability to interact with Senior Executives of the organization
Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to conduct presentations
Hands-on & independent on Computers (MS Office)
Candidates from Bangalore preferred.
