Position: The Training Manager reports to the Vice President of India operations. The ideal candidate will possess 3 – 6 years of experience in Recruitment and Training. Specific responsibilities include:The Training Manager will be responsible for the following functions:New and existing hire training- Develop training programs for technical and behavioral interviews, capital markets and IT terminology- Responsible for conducting and coordinating new hire training- Come up with themes for ongoing recruiter training- Create certification programs for different skill areasKnowledge Management- Develop employee induction manual and recruitment manuals - Keep samples of role plays, case studies for ongoing recruiter educationRecruitment- To stay current with the process, the training manager will also spend about 30-40% of the time doing end of end recruitment- Interview and screen candidates for attitude, aptitude, cultural and technical fitment and do offer and salary negotiation
REQUIRED SKILLS- Prior experience as a trainer- At least 2 years of prior experience doing technical recruitment. Some experience in international recruitment is ideal- Strong documentation and written communication skills- Highly-motivated individual with strong communication and presentation skills- Experience in capital markets (preferable)- Exhibit strong drive for results and success and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines- Candidate will be required to work part US East Coast hours- Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what you are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgencyREQUIRED
