Dell International Services has a requirement for Sr. HR Professionals with an experience of 8-15 years in working on different areas of HR.
Desired candidated would be expected to have a decent all round knowledge of Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Grievances, Manpower & Succession Planning, Hiring and OD. The roles are HR generalist roles which serve like a HR advisor to the Line of Business he/she handles. This is a senior role in the organization but due to the consulting nature of the role, the same is pretty hands-on and a role without any team reporting into it.
Applicants need to be Post Graduates in Management with 8-15 yrs of relevant experience. Compensation should not be a constraint for the right candidate.
