HR MANAGER FOR CADBURUY
This position reports to the factory manager with a functional reporting to the GM. This is one of the largest factories with 8 manager including the Hr manager.
ROLE OBJECTIVE: to maintain conducive employee relations and implement HR policies evolved by Cadbury Scheweppes. Which includes employee welfare,training adminstration manpower planning performance management etc.
EXPERIENCE: Post Graduate in HR, 6/7 yr of exp prefer from a plant enviorment,manufacturing industry.Must have had exposure to general HR, Staff welfare, community development, and should have had line managers reporting into him.
Pacakage will be 12lacs.
