* VP/AVP of Compensation and Benefits at group level (consisting of AMC,lending, life and general insurance ) - 1992- 1996 batches

* VP/AVP Staffing at corporate level (consisting of AMC,lending, life and general insurance ) - 1994- 1999 batches

While a financial service background for the above job will be an obvious plus , needless to say , HR competencies will be the determining factor in hiring.
