Job Code: HRA Experience: 2 – 4 years
Essential Job Requirements:
• Responsible for managing whole gamut of HRactivities
• Must have 2 - 4 Years of experience in Core HR
• Experienced in handling employee development andrelations i.e. Training and Development, Career &Succession Planning, Mentor Assistance Program, Workclimate
• Designing employee related policies and processes
• Should have through experience in handlingPerformance Management
• Should have excellent People Management Skills
• Conduct periodic Company wide Employee SatisfactionSurveys
• Handling Payroll Function and HR records
• Handling of Visa process
• Establishing processes to improve overall efficiency
• Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written- is a must
