POSITION : Assistant Vice President - HR
Location : Mumbai
Role responsibilitiesThe role will encompass all generalist HR functions for the BusinessProcess divisions such as Operations, Mortgage, Equity Research, CreditResearch, Investment Banking, Risk Management, etc.Some specific responsibility areas are:
* Working with senior management to define overall HR strategy forthe various divisions
* Recruitment to support business growth
* Talent Management * Employee Relations and Retention
* Working with line managers to identify and resolve HumanResources issues, and determine specific HR business needs within thedivision
* Training, career development planning and implementation ofemployee development programs within the division WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED
* MBA/ PG in HR with around 7 -10 years' experience in theFinancial Services / ITES industry * Should have had generalist HR experience, preferably in MNCorganizations
* Good personal communication and interpersonal skills
