One of the leaders in the BPO space looking to recruit 3 Senior level (DGM/ GM) positions in Human Resource Management.Total work experience for all positions is 10 + years.
1. Leadership resourcing - Gurgaon- Should have managed the recruitment function in a high-pressure environment where there is a need to constantly juggle between meeting numbers as well as quality- Relevant in-depth experience in BPO/ IT services / telecom organization- High Level of maturity, self confidence and stature· - Very strong on strategy and have execution focus and implementation skills
2. Compensation & Benefit - Gurgaon- Relevant in-depth experience in BPO/ IT services / telecom organization/Consulting (with implementation experience) - High Level of maturity, self confidence and stature - Understanding/exposure of compensation and benefits, budgeting and planning - Has a clear understanding of guidelines - Income tax and other statutory laws and regulations and their impact on compensation - Has been a part of a compensation bench marking exercise
3. Resourcing - Pune- Ability to drive large recruitment numbers - high on number orientation / analytical ability- Strong Interpersonal Skills needed to manage relationship with internal & external stakeholder- Ability to function in High Pressure & High Growth environment- Good Leadership skills to manage a large team under constant pressure to deliver numbers & qualityI would be keen to give more details to interested candidates.
