The Current opening is in the PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAM of IVYComptech PvtLtd.
Qualification: MBA-HR or Equivalent from a premier institute or experienceof working in a Company having Mature HR Systems and Processes. The responsibilities would include: Employee RelationsPerformance Management System Goal Setting Exercise MISCampus Recruitment (we are planning to recruit from all the IITs and mostNITs)Brand building of the company on the Engineering Campuses for CampusRecruitment Compensation and Benefits ManagementNote: Recruitment is not a responsibility for this role.The candidate should have handled all or most of the areas mentioned abovein an IT Company, preferably an IT Product Company.Should have 4-7 years of experience in the areas mentioned above.
Please note that all the positions are based at Hyderabad.
