Responsible for Annual Budgeting for HR as a function
Responsible for completing the annual benchmarking of compensationvis-à-vis comparable organizations in the industry and presenting the finalreport after performing an in-depth analysis.
Responsible for redesigning and administering the Job description framework for managers in the company ,design, development and implementation of competitive compensationand benefits program, analysis of internal equity and market salary data,annual compensation budgeting and administration of pay programs.
Compensation Structuring, Compensation Benchmarking and deploying Employee Mobility services.
Design, development and implementation of competitive Total Rewardprograms
Build, document and communicate Total Reward programs, tools andprocesses in partnership with Business HR and management to meet businessand geography needs
Provide consulting expertise to business HR and management ondefining Total Reward programs and processes
Effectively manage the administration of compensation and benefitspolicies and procedures Benchmarking of Short Term and Long Term Incentive
