* MBA / PG from Premier Institues..* Should be preferably form a PCMM 3 or a PCMM 5 assessed company.* Should have at least 3 - 5 yrs. of general HR experience.* Should NOT have Recruitment or Training expertise.
* Managing and supervising the Human Resources processes.* Maintains a Human Resources System that meets information needs.* Coordinates HR activities with other departments as needed.
