We are looking for Learning & Development Professionals for our Geo HR Cell, Noida .
Roles: Analyze Learning needs to develop new Learning programs Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job Learning for new hires.Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify Learning needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.Develop and organize Learning manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.Develop testing and evaluation procedures.Evaluate the effectiveness of Learning programs, providing recommendations for improvement.Plan, develop, and provide Learning and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom Learning, demonstrations, on-the-job Learning, meetings, conferences, and workshops.Prepare Learning budget for department or organization.Review and evaluate Learning and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards.T
he incumbent must haveMasters degree /relevant qualification in HR3 –7 years of relevant work experience preferably in the IT industry
Good knowledge of all HR processesStrong process & people orientation
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent Analytical SkillsGood knowledge of current business trends and business processes
