The position reports to GM – HR.
The position details are as follows:
Location : New Delhi
Qualification : MBA in HR/PM&IR or MSW
Exp : 6 - 8 yrs experience in HR.
Responsibilities :
Organization Development - Conducting Focus Group Discussions for Reward & Recognition; Designing & Developing Career & Succession Planning; Competency Mapping; Induction; Mentoring
Training & Development - Training Need Analysis, Coordinating training programs, Create a new pre and post feedback mechanism; Designed and implemented RADP Program.
Compensation ; Performance Management of Managerial employees and Non Managerial staff ; Overall In charge for People Soft & SAP- HR
