Operations Manager for BPO

A BPO CALL CENTRE multi-billion dollar publicly traded financial services holding company Headquartered in US. Having a strong presence in BPO, Mortgage Servicing, Real estate Asset Management, Asset recovery and Technology. An acknowledged global leader in providing asset management services and advanced technology solutions to selected financial markets. Known for its quality process improvements and enabling technology. Is looking for its BPO Call Centre arm, based at Mumbai/Bangalore.
Position – Operations Manager –
Client Servicing Reports to: AGM – Client Services
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore.
Responsibility & Key Result Areas:
* Responsibility for managing 1 or more functional areas for non company Partnering organizations clients * To ensure that all services levels are achieved. * Establish a sense of quality & teamwork within the group to deal with Volume Variations & new assignments * Identify staff with management skills and develop leadership abilities * Hire train & retain staff that meets client skill requirements * To ensure high rated results by clients in area of communication, value Creation, Quality and performance. Required Qualification & Preferred Skills: * Min 5 years of business experience (International exposure would be an Advantage) * Experience in Banking/Financial services and/or service industry would an Advantage * Excellent communication skills * Excellent People Management Skills * Analytical approach to problem solving * Leadership abilities along with meeting customer service levels consistently High orientation to detail
