HR Manager opening at Trivandrum

SunTec is a successful software product company. It has global reach with offices at New York, London, Frankfurt, Bangalore and Trivandrum. Its client base includes some of the leading Banks and Telecom companies across the globe. Its revenue growth is expected to take the company to US 100 Million in the short term. Its product strategy and revenue model makes it a highly profitable company. SunTec also intends to grow through the strategic acquisitions route and expects to go the IPO way soon.

The company is looking at the following requirements immediately:

· Title : HR Manager
· Reporting : V.P. & Head HR
· Location : Trivandrum
· Qualifications : Management graduates specialization in HR
· Manages : One person
· Experience : 5 to 8 years post qualification experience in Recruitment, Generalist HR, and Compensation & Benefit. Preferably, from the IT industry.
· Key Skills : Should have excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local language (Malayalam) will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and implement Manpower Plan for the organization.
Fulfill the recruitment requirements as per manpower plan numbers and timelines.
Blend all the new recruits in the company. Company uses channels like recruiting vendors, advertisements, job portals, employee referrals.
Identify, develop and manage recruiting vendors.
Build and manage relationships with engineering and management schools within the region.
Position the company as a preferred employer.
Own MIS reports and regularly update and present these.
Manage the SunTec induction program “Aagman”.
Prepare various MIS reports like no. of placements/month, hit ratio etc as and when necessary.
Support recruiting for international offices like US, Europe, and UK.
Managing and supervising the Human Resources processes.
Contribute in the ongoing automation project. Own HRIS system.
Develop relationships with Consulting companies and industry association and regularly participate in benchmarking surveys.
Benchmark compensation and recruitment processes and activities
Develop policies and processes in the reward and recognition and personnel & administration areas.
Responsible for the company’s compliance to all labor related statutory & regulatory requirements
To take active participation in adhering to various Quality processes and documenting the same.
Contribute significantly in company’s plans for PCMM Certification.
