ProfileAnnual Planning - Plan manpower for the financial year in line with the overall plans of the business group and organization, identify areas of expenditure and cost management and monitor plan achievement.
HR Policies - Review existing HR policies, formulate new policies/customize to companies requirements, communicate, administer policies.
Recruitment - Ensure 100% manning in the executive (40) and staff (203) cadre. Prepare and recommend policy on recruitment, identify sources, coordinate logistics, select panel, interview candidates in the selection processes for the company and fill in vacancies in a timely manner with appropriate candidates
Compensation - Process owner for payroll, PF, gratuity related processes. Fitment for new recruits. Gather external compensation data and analyze, recommend changes in compensation levels and structure.
Training – Jointly identify training needs, prepare training calendar, organize training, monitor training effectiveness, provide feedback to bridge skill gaps.
Performance Appraisal - Design the performance appraisal process, coordinate goal setting, appraisal discussions, evaluations and feedback by business groups.
