The position is based in Gurgaon.
To qualify for this position, you should:-
Be an MBA (HR)2003/04/05 Batch from a reputed institute-
Have good knowledge of multiple HR processes -
Have "Effective" Communication Role would involve participation in key projects for making Apollo as the " Employer of Choice" other than the routine corporate HR role.
Exposure to training & development would be added advantage.
