Opening for HR Managers (compensation & Benefits) having about 5 to 9 years of experience
The main functions of these 2 positions are:
Handling team of payroll executives.
Error free monthly processing of payroll and reimbursements.
Despatch of various MIS reports as per requirement.
Monitor compliance for PF, P-Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and TDS.Responsible for the benefits' plan for employees e.G. Health, insurance, financials, etc.
Checking monthly salary reconciliation in terms of tax and other items.
Co-ordination with Compliances department to ensure compliance to the maximum extentTotal Reward SystemDesigning and implementation of Compensation & Benefits , Incentive Schemes and of variable pay program. The 2 companies would be paying salaries which are the best in the industry.
Location :Delhi/NCR
