The incumbent would be responsible for:- Manpower Planning and the implementation of the recruitment strategies- Recruitments up to all levels in the organization.- Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for employment and growth within the organization- Finalising with Recruitment Agencies / vendors- Measuring their success and providing periodic feedback to improve their effectiveness.- Man Management.

Desired Profile
Education & Experience - Masters/ Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources (HR) from the Premier Institutes.10+ years of relevant experience in HRPersonal Attributes & exposure • Leadership qualities • Hardcore Recruitment / resourcing• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.

2. HR - Head - Campus Recruitment:

Job Description
Exp in Campus Recruitment Exp in campus hiring of 500 - 1000 candidates on yearly basis Should be aware of the campus colleges
Recruitment upto Manager levelCampus hiring& Corporate branding activities

Desired Profile
Ability to work under pressure and strict timelinesGood communications skillsKnack of selecting the right fit

Minimum Experience
9+ years
