Opening with a leading Telecom Hyderabad

Position :- Senior Executive/Assnt Manager Training
Location :Hyderabad

* This person will be responsible for the Product / Process / Systems and Soft skills training and associated performance development for all Customer interacting employees in the Circle.* In depth knowledge about all telecom processes like billing, collection, customer service, Retailing and Call Center processes etc.* Proficiency on post paid and prepaid billing systems like Keenan, IN Pacs & ECRM.* Should have excellent command in English, Telugu and Hindi. * Willing to travel to zones for training assignments.* Should be able to conduct individual training needs identification of the Team and planning suitable training sessions.* Responsible for coordination with MO for all kinds of reports and formats.* Learn and understand the current training modules as developed by Mobility. * This position would also involve Content Development and localization of material sent by Mobility.* Training experience should not be limited to Language Skills alone and should include Behavioral Skills / Sales Training too.* Conducting process and soft skills refreshers on a monthly basis based on the identified opportunity areas for e.g. Selling Skills, Customer Service Skills, systems and products.* Should be able to understand and train on Behavioral concepts and be able to fill the role of a Mentor and Guide to all the Trainees and build rapport with colleagues.

Skills/Competencies Required:
3 - 5 years business/operations experience
Perform well in a high-energy, team oriented environment
Respected in the peer group within the organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation and facilitation skills

IT Skills Required : MS Office, very good in EXCEL & WORD, good in PowerPoint.
