Involved in OD initiatives like change Management, people Empowerment, Technology Transfer and Competency Framework.
Post-Graduate Degree in HRM from a Premiere Institute like XLRI/ TISS/ Symbiosis/ NMIMS (05 /06 Passout) with 0 - 1 years experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment, should have worked on OD (Organizational Development) function. Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential.
Mgmt Trainee/Sr Executive / Asst Manager – Recruitment (2 nos)
Managing end-to-end recruitment process
Mobilizing human resources through various means such as Recruitment vendors, Job Portals, References, Advertising and Existing databank
Salary Negotiation, Salary Comparison and Level & Salary Fitment
Maintaining internal co-ordination among various departments.
MBA with 0 – 5 years of experience in a similar industry (IT/ITES) is essential.
