The incumbent will be responsible for planning theexecuting theoverall HR strategy, Performance review throughbalanced scorecard,manpower budgeting, maximizing the productivity, recruitment andretention strategy, compensation and reward andrecognition management, maximizing the employee satisfaction indexand employeeengagement, identifying training need analysis.
You should be an MBA / MSW in HR with minimum 5 yearsof experiencehaving excellent People Management and interpersonal skills,leadership skills, understanding of business. Shouldhave anexperience of handling more than 3000+ employees.
