Opening for Resource Manager

Position: Resource Manager

Qualifications: Post Graduate in Management. PMI Certification would be added advantage

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in ITcompany.
Preferrably who has handled more than 150 consultants

Location: Mumbai


JOB RESPONSIBILITY

To maintain real time inventory of staff under parameters viz. skill, location, project, experience etc.
To liaison closely with Project Manager/Client Manager/Delivery Manager/SBU Head to appropriately staff the various project sites
To scrutinize various documents meticulously as regards deployment and resources.
To lay down process for effective deployment.
To maintain optimum reserve skill strengths
To effectively deploy manpower ensuring time, skill and budgetary deliveries
To address and escalate staff grievances and carry out other retention efforts
To establish a strong rapport with deployed and deployable staff.
To submit timely and accurate MIS as regards deployment and costs
To effectively de assign and withdraw deployment as per need.
To co-ordinate with the recruitment department for effectively and timely delivery of new/additional manpower.
