A leading KPO is looking out for a Management Trainee / Sr Executive in the Corporate HR division,where he/she will be involved in OD initiatives like change Management, people Empowerment, Technology Transfer and Competency Framework and other corporate HR function like performance management,competency mapping,employee relations etc.
Experience / Skills:
Post-Graduate Degree in HRM from a Premiere Institute like XLRI/ TISS/ Symbiosis/ NMIMS (05 /06 Passout) with 0 - 1 years experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment, should have worked on OD (Organizational Development) function. Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential.
Salary: Best in the industry
