Position Summary
The incumbent would continuously provide HR support tothe respective branch teams. This would includesupport on Recruitment, Performance Management,Training & Development & routine HR administrativeprocesses (including joining, documentation & records,leave processing & records, loans, advances and otherclaim support); Working in consultation withrespective Branch Heads on employee relatedinitiatives.

7. M.I.S Education:Post Graduate / M.B.A. / PGDM (with specialization inHR )
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Desirable Skills: 1. Sound conceptual base2. Good understanding of the business and core issues3. Analytical and Problem solving skills
