We have a vacancy as Manager-HR with our clients who are a large, leading, professionally managed, rapidly expanding manufacturing & trading Eurpoe-based NRI organisation - leaders in their field. The organisation has a large business turnover, large head-count and spread multi-locationally across India. In Mumbai they have manufacturing / BPO (shared services operations) and are going in for major and rapid expansion.
The position reports to the CEO and involves providing leadership and direction to organisation and managing / heading the entire HR function. It is a great opportunity for young HR professionals to independently handle the HR function.
The position is based in Navi Mumbai (Thane-Belapur Road).
The ideal profile for the job is HR professionals / MBAs with 3-6 years relevant functional experience in HR in manufacturing / service organisations.
