For our Consultancy Division we require young MBA HR professional.
Position : Sr. Manager-Consultancy Services
Reporting to : CEO
Qualification: MBA HR
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Knowledge: Candidates would be needed to have a good understanding of HR interventions like Job Profiling, Competency Mapping and Performance Management Services etc.
Work Profile: The Sr. Manager-Consultancy Services would be responsible for conceputalising and designing unique HR interventions under the guidance of the CEO. He/she would need to meet the clients of MPower to understand their consultancy needs. The job involves co-ordinating with the consultants of MPower to design HR interventions.
