Manager / Head - HR - No of Positions 10 ( Chennai - 5, Bangalore - 3, Hyderabad - 4, Mumbai -2 )

Reporting to : Directly reporting to Head HR based out Chennai
Pref : 1 st Priority Manufacturing / Service Industry / IT Or Blend of all these three/ Two
Experience : 5 to 10 years
Qualification : Only MSW/ MBA / PGDHRM - ( Only from Premier Institutes)
Salary : Rs. 5 - 7. 5 lakhs CTC / Little Negotiable
Reportees : Min. 5 HR Professionals

Client : Largest Indian MNC S/W Group

Exposed to best HR practices like Balanced Score card, Competency profile and Grooming & Leadership development ETC

HR Generalist Role;

would need to take care of all aspects HR with special focus to Deployment all HR functions, PMS, Organisational development activities, HD Budgeting, Ethics related matters, Interface with premier educational institutions, Manpower planning, Career Development, People engagement, Task force allocation, Relationship management, Competency mapping, HR Alignment, Rewards & Recognition,Job rotation, Compensation & Benefits, Compliances, Employee relations, Recruitment and retention, Soft skills, PD & Technical Training and development.
