No of Positions: 2 Experience Required:
Position 1: 1-5 years experience in HR or recruitment consultancy. Strong exposure in recruitment and sourcing required.
Position 2: 1 - 5 years experience in any field (customer service, call center, operations or marketing) and is committed to make a career in HRD.
Strong process based working exposure and good communication skills required
Job Description * Own a client or a set of clients in the ITES / IT / Banking sectors * Will be responsible for delivery against requirements received from clients * Profile includes sourcing; short-listin! g and validation of suitable candidates from various sources * Ensure high quality and effective hit rates
