Job Specifications: The incumbent will be involved in all HR activities of International Banking Group.
Job Objective : -
Will handle compensation and benefits for the bank.-
Will develop HR policy for existing and new geographies.
Conduct research for various foreign locations on topics like compensation and benefit policy, tax laws, cost of living, employment laws, immigration laws and implement findings for various countries.- Will be involved in International Banking Group HR activities related to recruitment, training, PMS, employee communication.
Skills desired: Influencing skills, Business understanding, Team player,Process orientation, Communication skills and Decision Making
Candidates Profile – The incumbent should be MBA /PGDM /PMIR / from premiere institutes like XLRI /IIM's/Symbiosis/ TISS / XIMB / MHROD. He can be from2000/1998/1999 batch with similar experience in a reputedIT company/ Pharma / Consumer Durables.
