The designated person will deal with all matters pertaining to people within
the team
* To forecast the future manpower requirements of the 4 Regions and the
future skill inventory for all the Regions .
* To identify, recruit, acquire and/or develop future talent needs required to support business strategy .
* Career development and counseling .
* To conduct timely and fair appraisals for both operations and support staff for the region .
* Design/redesign performance management processes for Managing the team and individual performance.
* Employee empowerment/participation.
