Looking for :Manager Employee Relations[HR]
Job Role: Responsible for recruitment, training and appraisals of allemployees in middle and junior management. Co-ordinates with externalagencies to evolve training programmes for Sales personnel. Keeps trackof annual appraisals and ensures compliance with time lines,working withthe Regions. Does employee counselling at appropriate times,with staffin middle and junior management.Helps the Head - HR in evolvingprogrammes attached to employee motivation. Helps in building anddeveloping communication channels within the organisation, to maximisetransparency.Liasoning with leading business schools in the country interms of summer and final placements. Monitors the management traineeeprogramme within the organisation Anchors Organisation sensing surveys,compensation benchmarking surveys and other allied activities.
ThePosition reports to the Head HR.
.Background of the Candidate: He/She should be having Minimum 2-5 Years of Work expereince in GENERALIST Role.
