We have been retained by an international Consulting/ KnowledgeManagement Organization with its Head Quarter based in US. It offers arange of services to internal clients across the globe. We are looking for a high caliber individual for the position ofHuman Resources Manager, for management of human capital which iscritical to the long-term development of the business. The organizationis a continually evolving , dynamic place and is currently in the midstof implementing a series of changes to its structure. These initiativescall for substantial change management wherein HR will play in thestrategic and organizational development .
The role of the HR Managerwill be to focus on organizational development and help in itsrecruiting process, performance management , leadership development ,culture building and other such initiatives .
The HR manager will be a senior member of the management team and wouldreport directly to the Managing Director, in India . The ideal candidate would be a management graduate with 5-7 years ofrelevant experience in the area of HR with a mid or large sizeorganization
The successful candidate will be someone who is credibleand inspirational and will help the teams build momentum for change anddevelopment.
