NIS SPARTA is looking for Regional Delivery Head : Insurance Vertical ,the incumbent required for this profile is primarily from Training Domain with hands on in respect to Handling Training operations with proven track in the training domain and having strong inclination towards education/training specific to insurance & financial domain.NIS Sparta is a Reliance Group Company & Asia's largest B2B Business Effectiveness and training solution organization with domain expertise, in the area of Sales Maximization, Customer Relationship Management, Personal Effectiveness, Change Management, and Business Process Management.
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
Compensation: 10 to 12 lakhs Lakhs based on experience .
Experience: 10 to 14 yrs

Qualification: - Post Graduate or MBA from institute of repute -
Additional Qualification like Licentiate/Associate or AMFI, CFP certification will be an added advantage
Experience: - The incumbent would have worked in a Training Role preferably from an Insurance Industry apart from his experience in sales & marketing. - Exposure to managing a team. - Exposure to applying knowledge in training for the Organization's front line team, Channel Associates preferably in field situations. - Out of his total experience he/she must have spent 3-4 years in a Training role.
Primary Responsibilities - Ensuring delivery of programs as per the norms leading to performance enhancement through Knowledge/ Skill / Attitude development. - Conducting training programs for / Front line sales staff / Territory Managers - Scheduling programs and trainer allocation as per the training plan made available from corporate office, Conducts trainer audits. - Training center management / facilities administration. - Facilitating process improvement. - Conducting diagnostics (TNA/ Gap analysis). - Continuous learning to gain expertise and build credibility in his/her area. -
Competencies: - Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Oral) & Articulate - Planning and Resource allocation. - Problem Solving & with an eye for Detail - Training skills and Coaching skills - Knowledge of process implementation. - Process orientation. - Conflict handling & Team Leadership - Achievement Orientation
General - The job requires a hands-on person willing to travel and spend long hours on the field.
