Opening for Asst. Manager -HR

Opening for Assistant Manager - Human Resource (Generalist).

Reporting to:Asst Vice President – HR(India)
Location: Gurgaon

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Assisting Interview & selection process, structuring offers and conducting negotiations, tracking & analyzing recruitment sources, assist recruitment in new projects.
HR operations: checking salary Inputs, monitoring employee insurance plans, new joining & exit Process, monitoring payroll vendor deliverables.
Keep all HR policy and information manuals up to date. First point contact of all HR policy related information and employee relations. Maintain employment contracts and records of all employees in the business unit. Implementation of global and local HR policies, keep them up-to-date with legislation and market practise.
Maintain people soft HR System and assist in implementing e recruit application.Ensures all changes in personal and system status as notified.Updations of all HR Records.
Performance management: Tracking probation confirmations, employee goal sheet follow up and coordination. XL P&D education & related queries.
Other Areas of Responsibilities:

Conduct compensation surveys and analyze emerging trends in the industry. Bench marking compensation structures with comparable organization for industry practice, review and analysis. Review compensation grades, structure and job classification
Publish management reports on manpower Status, overall sourcing, employee attrition, recruitment vendor performance report, and various HR analytics.
Assist on areas of job evaluation, compensation bench marking, salary reviews, and culture building Initiatives.
Execute strategies to gauge employee perceptions & opinions on a need basis.
Support on various HR projects as and when required.
Qualification:Master's degree in HR preferred, MBA HR from Tier-2 Business Schools.

Experience:
Overall 1-2 years of experience in HR
Should be a ‘people person’ with in-depth knowledge of HR rules.
Experience of addressing and making presentations independently to a large audience.
Good working knowledge of office computer software / systems (MSOffice, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Proven ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix and geographically dispersed organization.
Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal skills and high levels of energy.
Excellent negotiating skills with internal and external clients / candidates.
Has to be a self-starter and be able to work in a consensus based XL environment.
Should display a high degree of maturity in decision-making processes.
