HR Manager for a growing US based IT enabled Engineering Services Company for its Indian operations located in Kolkata.
Primary Responsibilities include:
> Managing recruitment/placement
> Managing employee relations
> Advising senior management on employee incentives and retention
> schemes Restructuring organizational hierarchies and positions based
> on prevailing market trends Keeping management informed about local and national trends with respect to salaries/compensation structures and suggesting areas for improvement
> Organizing corporate events, conferences and employee functions
This position will provide the successful candidate with a challenging opportunity to demonstrate initiative and efficiency in structuring the Human Resource segment of our team.
Interested individuals should have 8+ years of HR experience of which at least 5 years must have been as an HR Manager in a services firm. Requires broad experience to include compensation, policies, benefits, employment, health & safety, employee relations, training. At a minimum, must have a bachelors degree in a related field and excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
