This is for one of the largest corporates in the country. For their retail business, they have few urgent requirements in their HR team for their southern regional office.
1. Dy Manager - Administration.
Requirement : Graduate with MBA. 8 - 10 years of work experience.
Candidates with the below mentioned exposure will be preferred
a) Handling all admin activities will be preferred.
b)Exposure to vendor management, commercial activities like budgets and SAP will be preferred.
c) Independant handling of a large responsibility
d) Good commuincation and presentation skills required
e) Should be willing to travel
f) Should be well versed with budgetary controls, cost analysis. Shouls also be aware of ticketing process.
g) Liasoning with government agencies, like telephones, police, railways, RTO, etc.
2. Dy Manager - IR ( Industrial Relations ) - 2 positions
Education : BLM / MLM with LLB / LLM / BL / ML. Legal qualification mandatory. Experience - 8 - 12 years of work experience
Candidates with the below mentioned exposure, will be preferred.
a) Exposure to handling contract labour
b) Exposure to handling large manpower
c) Should be well versed with Factories Act as well as Shops & Establishments act
d) Should have wide contacts & rapport with the government departments
e) Should be strong in handling workmen related issues at the ground level.
f) Should be good in drafting letters in statutory context
g) Should be currently handling a large responsibility and independently
Place of posting - Chennai.
These positions will be handling activities pertaining to the whole of Southern India. Should be available for interviews at short notice and if selected should be able to join within 10 days time. Candidates who fit into this requirement only need apply.
