**Reporting -------- Staffing Head – India.
**Location --------- Bangalore.
**Role & Responsibilities :
*- Complete Accountability for Staffing for Entry Level Hiring.- Strategise and implement optimum sources for recruitment- Should ensure Customer Satisfaction Level at 80 % & and above- Should be a "Hands On " person.- Developing partners and maintaining effective relationships- Contribute to brand building .The key challenge of the role would be in offering a highly effectiveresponse to resource demands across the organisation through variousinitiatives and faster response time.
*Job Specification:
** Education ------- PG degree in HR / PM from a premier Institute like Symbiosis/ TISS/ XLRI / IIMs* Experience ----- 4 - 7 years of Relevant Experience.
*Desired Competencies:
*- Plan and execute every recruitment request within specified lead time norm- Excellent external & internal customer orientation- Clear understanding of business, domain and process requirements- Good team skills and coordination skills with multiple customers- Multi- tasking, ability to solve problems and handle pressure- Strategic Thinking and high result orientation.- Self Starter and high on Initiative.- Hardworking and should have good interpersonal skills.- Sharp Communication skills- Persuasiveness- Job requires traveling.
