JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Executive/ Sr Executive (Recruitments):
The incumbent would be responsible for handling all recruitment and selection activities. Exposure to US Staffing is desirable.
The candidate should should have an experience of around 2-3 years in hardcore IT Recruitments.
HR Executive/ Sr. Executive (Generalistic HR)
The incumbent would be responsible for employee relations, performance management various process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Six Sigma or some other qulaity tools will be an advantage.
